Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Brandt is seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in the commercial vehicle industry. This role is based in our Regina Customer Contact Center location.

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to parts pricing inquiries, fulfilling parts order requests, and ensuring the availability of inventory and shipping times. The ideal candidate will have experience using multiple web applications and programs, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.

We offer a comprehensive training program to support our team members in providing excellent customer service and navigating our systems. Fluency in both French and English is considered an asset, but not necessary. Various shifts are available to support our 24/7 Customer Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to parts pricing inquiries from customers through phone, email, and text channels
  • Fulfill parts order requests accurately and efficiently
  • Provide availability of inventory and shipping times to customers
  • Support other Brandt field staff members with parts-related inquiries
  • Collaborate with multiple vendors to provide customers with various options for their parts requests
Required Skills:
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in parts order fulfillment
  • Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in the heavy-duty truck industry is considered an asset but not necessary
