Senior Revenue Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at Rewind, a leading provider of cloud data backup solutions. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and process improvements across the organization.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and process improvements in a high-growth SaaS environment. You will be responsible for architecting, optimizing, and maintaining sales processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in lead management, pipeline progression, and deal closure.
You will also establish systems and processes for partner relationships, including partner referrals and performance tracking. Additionally, you will analyze Customer Support data and processes to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service quality.
Main Responsibilities:- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through efficient sales processes, pipeline management, and deal closure.
- Sales Process Optimization: Architect, optimize, and maintain sales processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner Relationship Management: Establish systems and processes for partner relationships, including partner referrals and performance tracking.
- Customer Support Analysis: Analyze Customer Support data and processes to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service quality.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models, sales cycles, and metrics.
- High proficiency in Salesforce CRM and BI/Analytics platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including:
