We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Operations Specialist to join our team at Aspire Bakeries. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting a positive and productive work environment, ensuring accurate data entry and inventory counts, and providing exceptional leadership to your team.
Responsibilities- Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our SAP systems, including production consumption reporting, receiving and warehouse transactions, and inventory management.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to entered data, process order variances, and inventory discrepancies.
- Perform daily audits on production locations in SAP to verify all Rework CS are consumed in timely manner.
- Create standard operating procedures for all functions of the department and update when required.
- Provide training, guidance, and coaching to the team to strengthen the department.
- Minimum high school education
- 2-3 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge and experience of the SAP system
- Detail oriented, able to work independently, and meet tight deadlines
- Good knowledge of inventory management
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
