Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Intello Technologies Inc. in Hamilton, Ontario.

This role will be responsible for providing expertise and analysis in the areas of Compensation, Benefits, and HR Administration to a public sector Hospital client with over 4,000 employees.

As a key member of our Employer Solutions team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and reengineering.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of PeopleSoft, Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP), and best practice in HR, Compensation, and Benefits.

Additionally, they will possess proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage work requests from the client to determine priority, implementation timelines, and liaison with technical teams for completion.
  • Process WSIB Form 7 earnings reporting and manage HR transactions, including new hires, rehires, terminations, retirements, leave of absence, and returned from leave of absence.
  • Review and generate bi-weekly records of employment and process and audit bi-weekly wage progression.
  • Administer benefits and pension plans, provide client service support, and maintain and update documentation regarding HR processes and controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and reengineering, and support HR project initiatives, including documentation, testing, and training.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft and HOOPP, as well as best practice in HR, Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Proven decision-making abilities based on analysis, experience, judgment, and innovative thinking.
  • Ability to create positive relationships, establish rapport, and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, proactive problem-solving approach, and detail-oriented with ability to work to tight timelines.
