Job Title: Food Service Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Ontario INC o/a Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Work Environment: Our café is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide excellent customer service and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
