Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario INC o/a Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure exceptional customer service and quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain high standards of customer service and quality food products
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide exceptional customer service and quality food products. You will be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
