Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead our team at ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supervising sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and delegate tasks to ensure efficient store operations
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Authorize returns and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
