Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Job Summary

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
Work Environment

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure.

  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a team environment.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
Work Conditions
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
