About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Savers. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
