Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Niagara Falls. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and merchandise ordering.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
