Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor - Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Order merchandise
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Organize and maintain inventory

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in retail management
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Permanent employment
  • 35 hours per week
