Project Management Opportunity at Standard Aero

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader to join our Engineering Project Management Office (EPMO) in a Project Management role.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager to lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders, and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling project resources.

Responsibilities:
  • Directs the planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Liaises with internal and external parties for execution of projects.
  • Cultivates strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Measures project performance using appropriate project management tools.
  • Performs risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
  • Reports and escalates to upper management as and when needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
  • Engineering background an asset.
  • 5-7 years of project management and related experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
  • Demonstrated achievement leading teams through large, complex, multi-site and multidisciplinary projects.
Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year
