At StandardAero, we're committed to excellence in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services. As a key member of our finance team, you'll play a crucial role in driving our global operations forward.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily financial operations, including reviewing and reporting significant variances
  • Manage and resolve discrepancies in monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Directly supervise a team of professional accountants, including annual performance evaluations and development
  • Lead special projects and coordinate annual external audits

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing people
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Team player with a passion for excellence in a fast-paced environment
  • Recognized accounting designation (CA, CMA, or CGA) or equivalent relevant years of experience

Preferred Characteristics:

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial operations, including review of reconciliations and audit coordination
  • University degree in business administration, commerce, economics, or a related field
