Job Summary

TULIP E-COMMERCE AND LOGISTICS is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including personnel files, inventory, and financial records.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
