Insurance Business Development Manager

Pros2Work is a leading recruitment agency in the Canadian market, and we are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team in Toronto.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the general insurance industry, with at least five years of experience in account management and customer relationship building. They will be fluent in French and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take their career to the next level. As an Insurance Account Manager with Pros2Work, you will be responsible for promoting the uptake of new or additional services and modules to existing customers, as well as maintaining a high level of system knowledge and awareness of new and future developments.
You will be working closely with our sales team to provide onsite support for new customers and broker acquisitions, and hosting webinars and in-person events to deliver functionality tips and promote new features to all users.
