Job Summary:

As a Hospitality Leader - Banquet Operations, you'll oversee the smooth execution of banquet functions, working closely with the F&B Manager to ensure seamless service delivery. Your attention to detail and ability to lead a team will be crucial in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. In this role, you'll foster a strong team environment, monitor event operations, and step in to serve as needed during events.

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • A passion for food and beverage, preferably with a hospitality education
  • At least 2 years of experience in a lead server or supervisory role, ideally in a luxury hotel/restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of English language, with excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service
  • Ability to obtain a Serving It Right certificate
  • Canadian work authorization
