Job Description

The Royal Taste of India Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
  • Kitchen Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Buffet and Banquet Organization: Organize buffets and banquets to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
  • Kitchen Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
