Strategic Network Sales Leader

Explore a challenging career opportunity with MBR Partners, a global leader in the OSS / Network Automation software and services space. As a prominent player with a global headcount of around 30,000 people, our client is seeking an experienced Sales Director (Networks) to drive business growth.
Daily Responsibilities:You will be responsible for building long-term partnerships with existing and new customers, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers, executive sponsors, coaches, and influencers. Your primary objective will be to grow network offerings and create customized plans for customer success.
A Problem Solver at heart, you will think creatively and develop innovative solutions to help customers overcome complex challenges. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping the future of network growth and evolution.
Key Requirements:- At least 10 years of sales experience in Network solutions for CSPs (Network Software - PCRF, DPI, OSS, Service Assurance, Orchestration, Inventory, 5G slicing etc)
- Demonstrated relationships with Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 operators
- A proven track record in closing large and complex deals through strategic sales planning and execution across diverse markets
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Telecommunications, networking industry (BSS, OSS, 4G / 5G, Virtualisation / Cloud Services and Evolution)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and team leadership skills
- Fluent English (verbal and written); proficiency in languages relevant to the accounts/region is beneficial
- Executive-level communication and presenting skills
We offer a competitive salary range of approximately $120,000-$200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
