Job Summary

As Strategic Asset Management Leader, youll drive sales targets, manage the e-commerce P&L, and oversee digital marketing strategy. Youll partner with tech, finance, and supply chain teams to achieve business goals.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
  2. Manage the e-commerce P&L, ensuring targets are met and exceeded through effective planning and execution.
  3. Oversee digital marketing strategy, including retention and paid media, to achieve business objectives.
  4. Partner with cross-functional teams to leverage US assets and strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  5. Build and manage a high-performing team to support business growth and financial targets.

Requirements
  • Deep leadership experience in merchandising, marketing, strategy, and general management.
  • Ability to build relationships and navigate a broad network of stakeholders.
  • Passion for digital, e-commerce, and customer focus.
