About the Role

We are seeking a talented Leadership Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective leadership development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our team members.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify talent acquisition opportunities and develop strategic plans to attract and retain top talent.
  • Design and deliver training programs to improve leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, and external partners.
  • Conduct needs assessments, develop business cases, and implement solutions to address leadership development needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in leadership development, talent management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective leadership development programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
