About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team at ALG Automotive Lounge Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Employee Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support career development and growth.
  • HR Operations: Coordinate HR-related activities, including payroll administration, benefits management, and employee relations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and analytics to support business decision-making, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
