About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Administrator to join our team at ALG Automotive Lounge Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Coordinate the recruitment and hiring process, including creating job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee the administration of payroll, including processing payrolls, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • HR Operations: Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the HR department, including maintaining records, managing employee data, and providing support to employees and management.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by providing guidance, support, and conflict resolution.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in HR, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Office environment.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Travel: Willing to travel.
