We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team at ALG AUTOMOTIVE LOUNGE GROUP INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support the HR department's goals.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Recruit and hire staff, focusing on finding the best candidates for our organization.
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and prevent workplace injuries.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
