About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at Helias Enterprises Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's human resources strategy and ensuring the effective management of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Organizational Development: Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Leadership Development: Identify, develop, and retain top talent, including middle managers, directors, and executive staff.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in human resources, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Language: English (fluency required).
