FIBERCOMM COMMUNICATIONS LTD is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for estimating costs of installing equipment, promoting sales to existing clients, and assessing client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will also participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, youth employment, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.

The role is permanent, with a 40-hour workweek and English as the primary language of communication. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs of installing equipment
  • Promote sales to existing clients
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client needs
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Resolve product and service-related problems
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
