Lead Manager, Talent Acquisition

As a Lead Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of recruiters while ensuring effective collaboration with the leadership of different internal departments. You will also play a crucial role in managing projects aimed at developing and improving the processes and strategies of the talent acquisition department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, motivate, and evaluate a team of recruiters to ensure they are equipped to meet the company's talent needs.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the professional development of team members.
  • Identify and recruit top talent for strategic and high-importance positions, aligning with the company's long-term goals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that meet their requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to leadership on best recruitment practices and employment market trends.
  • Lead projects to improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies used by the department.
  • Implement initiatives to optimize candidate experience and strengthen the company's employer brand.
  • Analyze recruitment data and produce reports to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
  • Evaluate short-term and long-term recruitment needs and develop plans to proactively address them.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Over ten years of experience in high-level talent acquisition within a dynamic and competitive market.
  • At least two years of experience in team management.
  • Expertise in best recruitment practices and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (oral and written).
  • Strong sense of customer service and ability to understand and respond to the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to design and implement new ideas to improve processes and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiatives.
  • Team-oriented.
