Our client, a prominent professional firm in the Quebec market, is in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Consultant. This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle for administrative support roles and various other positions as required, including headhunting, devising recruitment strategies, serving as a resource for newly hired candidates, and engaging in HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle;
  • Monitor trends in the labor market closely;

  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback.

Candidate Profile:
