About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our team at Geospatial And Cloud Analytics Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts and developing strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and evaluate a team of recruiters to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and providing exceptional service to our clients.
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and recruit top talent for strategic and high-importance positions, aligning with our company's long-term goals and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal departments to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze recruitment data and produce reports to evaluate the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement short-term and long-term recruitment plans to proactively address our company's talent needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Over ten years of experience in high-level talent acquisition within a dynamic and competitive market.
  • Skills: Expertise in best recruitment practices and tools, excellent communication skills in English and French, and strong project management skills.
