As a Lead Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will become part of Solve With Via during a period of remarkable growth and innovation.

Your main responsibility will be to architect and oversee a superior end-to-end recruitment experience. Your adept stakeholder management abilities, comfort in navigating uncertainty, and passion for connecting exceptional talent with exciting roles will position you as an ideal candidate for this position. Collaborating closely with our People and Operations team, you will have numerous opportunities to influence Solve With Via's growth trajectory through strategic recruitment and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for our candidate pipeline, which encompasses:
  • Leading the recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
  • Designing and implementing targeted sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
  • Collaborating with hiring teams to identify requirements, provide support throughout the recruitment journey, coordinate interviews, and suggest enhancements for the process

Identify and take charge of innovative recruitment strategies that align with Solve With Via's culture and hiring needs. Promote equitable recruitment practices through the advancement of DE&I talent initiatives. Work alongside the People and Operations team to enhance the onboarding experience for new hires.

Employer Branding:

  • Actively collaborate with our marketing and product teams to refine our employer branding strategy in key hiring markets
  • Research, lead, and coordinate relevant public relations opportunities related to recruitment and team initiatives
  • Champion opportunities for Solve With Via to engage with local community initiatives and candidate groups

What you will bring to this role:

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a significant advantage
  • A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in a dynamic technical environment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
  • Expertise in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Experience in leading and participating in both virtual and in-person recruitment events

Experience in internal recruitment within a scaling organization is a notable asset. Exceptional stakeholder management skills and familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems are essential. Knowledge of the recruitment landscape, sources of talent, benefits, and total compensation is highly valued. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, along with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, are crucial. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, BambooHR, and Workable is advantageous. A sense of humor and a passion for cultivating high-performance teams are essential.
