About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Professional to join our team as an Ecommerce Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information, troubleshooting technical problems, and addressing concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to teach and present concepts in a compelling way, and possess high integrity with a drive for excellence. You will be responsible for managing support tickets, guiding customers on how to use our app to be most successful, addressing complex issues that require HTML/CSS skills to resolve, and collecting customer feedback.
