Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at the Trusted Professional Centre. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and be proficient in MS Office, including Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and staff members.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Maintain inventory levels of office supplies and order new stock as needed.
  • Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas or contacts.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with high accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
