Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at the Trusted Professional Centre. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and be proficient in MS Office, including Excel.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and staff members.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel.
- Respond to electronic inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Maintain inventory levels of office supplies and order new stock as needed.
- Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas or contacts.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with high accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year (30 hours/week).
