As a Customer Experience Liaison, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through a broad range of financial transactions, product sales, and advice. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, identify opportunities to promote products and services, and ensure a positive experience for every customer interaction.

This role requires established customer service skills, a broad knowledge of our basic product suite, and the ability to evaluate and recommend customer solutions from established options. You will work closely with the customer or advice team to integrate your duties with others and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall branch customer experience.

Key responsibilities include creating an exceptional customer experience, completing a broad range of financial transactions accurately and efficiently, assisting with responding and resolving customer concerns, identifying customer needs and determining solutions, and promoting products and services to support business objectives.

In addition, you will support the achievement of business objectives by supporting advice goals, promote products and advice to shareholders, understand and apply operating policies and procedures, contribute to Operational Excellence, and ensure necessary due diligence to support the accuracy of all customer transactions.

You will also participate fully as a member of the team, promote team effectiveness, contribute to a positive work environment, and act as a brand champion for TD Securities both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and/or a Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field. A working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience are essential.

TD Securities offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
