Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a defined territory, generating sales, and developing new business opportunities within the MGA channel. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with clients and prospects, identify sales opportunities, and promote our products through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a defined territory to drive sales growth and develop new business
- Lead by example, establishing strong relationships with clients and prospects through active prospecting and servicing
- Identify marketing and sales opportunities and best approaches to close sales
- Develop and execute a sales plan to deliver expected results

Key Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of life insurance business and products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- LLQP certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
