Sales Growth Director

Drive sales growth across Atlantic provinces by partnering with regional teams and implementing sales initiatives.
Boldly lead regional sales efforts, including prospecting for large clients and acquiring competitive banners.
Supervise daily sales operations and set monthly performance goals to ensure achievement of objectives.
Collaborate with the General Operations Manager to deliver an unmatched customer experience in Canada.
Recruit, motivate, and coach Sales Managers to exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer care.
Manage sales leadership development and ensure effective communication with teams, suppliers, and customers.
Oversee annual sales budget and monitor performance against targets, identifying improvements.
SUPPORT NATIONAL SALES INITIATIVES AND OVERSEE PROPER BRANDING AND MARKETING STRATEGY DEPLOYMENT.
Job Requirements- 10 years of experience in distribution sector, including 5 years in sales management position.
- Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Experience in general management of sales and operations teams.
- Able to travel across all 4 provinces.
