About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically in the agricultural industry. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, attending trade shows, and sourcing equipment for our customers. You will also conduct appraisals of used equipment and maintain existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote our products and services
  • Source and demonstrate equipment as required by our customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven sales experience in the agricultural or construction equipment industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional relationships
  • Analytical thinking skills, with the ability to find solutions for customers and provide exceptional service
  • Ability to close sales deals, with a strong sense of integrity and trustworthiness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Willingsness to travel throughout the designated area, to customer locations and trade shows
