Job Description:

This role involves defining and executing strategies to drive growth, enhance market positioning, and foster technological advancement across various regions. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of corporate strategy, focusing on regional priorities such as North America (Main Market) and European Collaborations.
  • Collaborating with group companies in Europe to offer turn-key lines for both North American and European markets.
  • Exploring opportunities in end-of-line packaging for the pharma and life sciences sectors and refining their positioning in this sector.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in international markets, particularly within North America and Europe, and expertise in managing cross-functional teams and complex business relationships.
