Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top clinical talent in Canada.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and advocates to maximize recruitment performance.
  • Effectively engage physicians and other candidates in the opportunity conversation, handle objections, and secure commitment to join our team.
  • Stay up-to-date with market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategy and execution.
  • Represent our company at industry events, job fairs, and conferences to promote our culture and values.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, or Marketing with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bilingual in French and English (oral and written).
  • Proven track record of fundraising, sales, or recruitment experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industries.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
