At Intello Technologies Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Health Business Consultant II to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare solutions team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top clinical talent in Canada.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and professionals to drive business growth.
  • Utilize your sales, fundraising, and recruitment expertise to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective recruitment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market dynamics to inform recruitment strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, fundraising, or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Bilingual in French and English (oral and written).
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $80,000-$133,000.
  • Performance bonus or sales incentive plan: 15%.
  • Comprehensive total rewards package, including minimum 3 weeks of vacation and flexible benefits plan.
  • Opportunity to work in-office, virtually, or a combination of both.
