Job Title: Bilingual LMS Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to join our team as a Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day support and coordination for our external facing LMS and class operations for all Performance Centre courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the day-to-day operation of the LMS, including user account management, course setup, and content uploads.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external users on LMS-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions promptly.
  • Generate reports and analytics on LMS usage and performance metrics to improve the user experience.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to assign training and learning paths based on job, role, and position.
  • Organize pre-training setup for in-person and virtual classes, including logistics and administrative support.
  • Provide course facilitators with administrative support and act as a liaison for participants pre-, during, and post-training.
  • Manage course inventory of all training-related materials.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English and French) is required.
  • Experience with a Learning Management System is an asset.
  • Minimum 3 years in a customer service/administration-type role focused on technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support users of varying technical abilities in both English and French.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong team building skills, to work well within a close team environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite.
