About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Manager, Learning to join our People and Culture team at Aviso Wealth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development strategies and programs that drive business results and optimize the employee development experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies and programs that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with Business Leaders and HR Business Partners to provide advice and support on learning and development initiatives
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of employees at all levels
  • Manage the development and implementation of learning management systems and other technology-enabled solutions
  • Conduct needs assessments and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for learning and development initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning and development solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on leadership and organizational development
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning and development strategies and programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
