Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative at NBC, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the commercial banking sector. Your primary goal will be to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to meet client needs and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
- Knowledge of banking services and products for businesses
- Good sense of initiative and good level of autonomy
