Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes access to additional benefits and perks.

Job Description
As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and streamlining operational efficiency across our marketing and sales teams. Your primary focus will be on implementing automation and technology solutions that minimize manual work and enhance overall productivity. You will work closely with leaders and individual contributors to inform our roadmap, consult on initiatives, and implement their feedback to ensure positive contributions to their success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to address operational challenges and improve marketing and sales efficiency.
  • Drive process streamlining and automation using HubSpot Marketing Hub and HubSpot Sales Hub.
  • Manage and optimize essential marketing or sales tools, ensuring seamless integration with our workflow.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable data flow across various systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Revenue Operations or Sales/Marketing Operations role with a strong focus on HubSpot.
  • HubSpot Certifications related to Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations would be an asset.
  • Experience owning, implementing, and optimizing relevant marketing and sales tools such as Microsoft Teams Webinar, Zoom, Woodpecker, LinkedIn, Zapier, and ZoomInfo.
  • A project manager type of framework to understand problems and opportunities.
  • Hyper detail-oriented with a focus on testing and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and dynamic environment.
