The Role

We're seeking a Senior Strategic Business Advisor to join our PrecisionLender Business Advisory team. As a key member of this team, you'll contribute to delivering innovative platform solutions to our customers, leveraging your analytical skills, financial expertise, and knowledge of commercial banking products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with customers' internal processes, ensuring optimal cost of funds, credit capital, and expense methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Team and Customer Success Managers to ensure customers maximize the value of the platform, identifying tactics for driving greater profitability.
  • Partner with the Q2 Advisory team to develop and deliver consulting strategies that solve client problems, provide business value, and deepen Q2 relationships.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.
  • Extensive experience in financial institutions, with a focus on commercial loan pricing, risk management, finance, analytics, or similar functions.
  • Knowledge of commercial banking products, particularly credit and treasury products.
  • Knowledge of credit risk concepts, including economic and regulatory capital.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
