Job Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team at KZenEdge Strategic Program Execution. As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in leading consultations and facilitating stakeholder meetings to drive business process improvement and technical solution development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather business requirements and develop technical specifications.
  • Create business requirements, functional specifications, and technical requirements to support project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain business processes and technical designs to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate business process improvement sessions and workshops to drive process optimization and technical solution development.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, technical solution development, and project management.
  • Proven track record of leading business process improvement initiatives and technical solution development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate stakeholder meetings and collaboration with project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop business requirements and technical specifications.
