Office Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at WSP Canada. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional and efficient office environment, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
