About Barclay Specialist Care Ltd

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales effectiveness through the development and optimization of key sales operations processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain sales operations processes to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency
  2. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities and create reports to track progress and performance
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to understand their operational needs and provide solutions to help them achieve their goals
  4. Utilize CRM to develop and maintain accurate customer and sales records
  5. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency
  6. Create and manage sales documentation, including sales plans, SOPs and job aids
  7. Manage and advise on the execution of campaigns and promotions
  8. Provide training and support to sales personnel on operations processes

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, operations management, business development preferred
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
  • Proficient in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Able to multitask and prioritize projects
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
