Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing a strong pipeline to ensure quota target coverage
  • Meeting quarterly and annual financial targets
  • Establishing a direct sales channel through account-based sales and cold outreach strategies
  • Selling well-being solutions through both direct and broker/consultant channels
  • Representing LifeWorks in business presentations, relationships, and community efforts
  • Developing new broker channel relationships and influencing their decision-making processes
  • Nurturing existing partners to develop long-term channel relationships
  • Communicating professionally, crisply, and confidently to articulate the LifeWorks business proposition and ROI model
  • Maintaining responsibility for the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to negotiation and close of sale, with a focus on prospecting
