In a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, we are seeking a seasoned Director, Enterprise Architecture to lead our organization's digital transformation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and a proven track record of leading enterprise architecture initiatives. You will be responsible for managing the EA practice, formulating strategy, and guiding execution. This includes developing value propositions, creating implementation plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate the EA strategy and approach across the organization
  • Manage the EA practice, including developing value propositions and implementation plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Lead the analysis of business and operating models, market trends, and technology industry to determine their potential impact on the enterprise's business strategy
  • Develop diagnostics and actionable deliverables that help guide investment decisions

Requirements:

  • University degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis, or a related field of study
  • Strong background in software engineering and enterprise architecture
  • Knowledge of business ecosystems, software as a service (SaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT, and predictive analytics
  • Technology competency areas – Cloud Native, Microservices, and APIs, Reactive Systems, Analytics & Streaming Pipelines, DevOps – CI/CD
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills
