Restaurant Operations Manager

At Joeonto Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
- Operations: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure that our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and products to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
