Restaurant Operations Manager

Joeonto Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and contributing to the success of the restaurant.
- Operations: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including balancing cash, completing balance sheets, and preparing cash reports and related forms.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers, including negotiating arrangements with suppliers and managing events.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and overtime required. The successful candidate will be physically demanding and able to handle heavy loads. The work term is permanent, with 35 hours per week.
